The events section displays upcoming and past events held by thepwned. We host events on most all the game servers on a monthly basis, and reward players with free admin for winning these events. Keep an eye on this section to be informed of upcoming events.
Currently, we strive to host a tournament every month for each server. So assume a normal-type gameplay situation for each mod. For instance, a standard zombie tournament involves being the last survivor on escape maps X amount of times to win.
Winners of an event are usually awarded with temporary admin on the server in which they participated on. For example, if you win a Zombie Tournament, you receive admin on the STFU Zombie server, and you keep your admin until the next tourney, in which you may play again to try and retain your admin. And if you lose, your admin is taken, and the winner is awarded with the powers instead. The description of each event will disclose what the prize will be.
Anyone can participate in our events! We tend to pick events that need no sign-up, so most are simply show up to play events that everyone can enjoy.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to schedule events too far in advance because of our ever-changing schedules, so no exact dates are ever disclosed more than a week or two in advance. We will however never announce a tournament or event without sufficient time for everybody to see it. So check back often as to not miss an announcement.
