This is were is freezes

I don't know what is wrong with it but Im guessing its my graphics card so I was going to get a new one anyways so I won't be on for a while. If anyone else has an idea to what this is tell me

Try updating drivers and check if your graphics card's fan is actually working. Dust it off and try again. Make sure your case is well ventilated and/or move your computer to a different location.
Also, give the brand of your graphics card + model number. Might help us see if there are any defects (complaints via other forums, articles, etc.) Also check if there is a factory warranty or something along those lines for the card.
