A VOTD is the Video of the Day. It's located near the bottom of every single page on thepwned.com, in the footer. A new video is shown every day, and each of these videos are submitted by our community for your enjoyment.
There is a button directly under the VOTD in the footer labeled "Submit a video". Directions are given on the page following the click through.
To make it easier on our end, we ask that you supply us the embed code, not the link or URL to the video. We could have dozens of videos to go through at any moment, and by providing the embed code, we can watch the video directly on our website to accept or deny it into out database.
It's different for each video service, but it's usually near the video, or next to anything that says "Share". On youtube, it's outlined in red in the following picture: 
You can use any video service such as Youtube, Google Video, Break.com, etc, as long as they have the option to let you acquire the embed code.
The VOTD feature randomly grabs a video every day from our VOTD database. This means that if your video is accepted by our admins, there's no real answer we can give you as to when your video will appear. The random generator does not grab a video that has been previously viewed, so eventually your video will be available for all to see.
